DESCRIPTION:Good morning Crossburn Snowmobilers\, \nI am writing to give notice of a time change for our March meeting.  Our regular general meeting and our Annual General Meeting (AGM)  has been re-scheduled to Monday\, May 2\, at 7:30pm at the Anglican Church Hall in New Germany. ALL ARE WELCOME AND ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND….to help us set up for the next year of club business. \nAll 10 current directors have indicated that they are willing to return next year.  We can have a maximum of 12 directors (bylaw rule) and so we would like to see a couple of new or returning faces in those vacancies….LET ME OR ANY OF THE CURRENT DIRECTORS KNOW IF YOU ARE INTERESTED….don’t be shy! \nI spoke to Stephen Rafuse on his last trip home and he has indicated that he will be stepping down as President (he will remain as a director)\, due to his work away that will likely continue for some time.  On behalf of the board of directors (past & present)\, I would like to thank Stephen for his many years of leadership and dedication to the club! DESCRIPTION:WELCOME TO CROSSBURN’S 25TH ANNIVERSARY SNOWMOBILE POKER RALLY. \nFeb 13TH \nThe 25th anniversary Crossburn Poker Rally is a GO for this Saturday (Feb 13)! Rob and I were out today checking the rally route and we were pleasantly surprised….the base survived and….did you see the forecast?? 20cm on the way tomorrow and a little more each day this week! \nThis year’s Rally will be a little different…due to the plowing around Crossburn\, we will showcase our great trails in the Joe Simon area. \nNOTE that every snowmobiler will arrive at the registration location (see attached map) ON THEIR SLED…..there will be NO VEHICLE PARKING at the registration location on the Joe Simon Road. Both the Crossburn and Cherryfield parking lots will be available and are an approximate 18km ride to the registration….a nice warm up! See the attached “parking maps” for all of the suggested parking areas. \nRegistration will be 10am until noon. \nTrail pass and proof of insurance required. \n$20 for first hand….$5 for each additional hand. \nFree hand to members with a membership card (any club). \nPrizes…1st $200\, 2nd $100\, 3rd $50….check point prizes and much more! Prizes will be awarded at 2:30ish \nFood and hot beverages will be served. \nSee you at the rally!!

We will have hot dogs\, chicken burgers\, chili and homemade pie! Please drop by between 12 and 5 for some delicious food and lively conversation.
