Annual General Meeting AGM

Notice of Annual General Meeting.
Good morning Crossburn Snowmobilers,
In approximately 2 weeks on Tuesday, March 21, the club will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and final meeting of the season at 7:30pm at the Anglican Church Hall in New Germany.
In preparation for the AGM, a nominating committee has been tasked to recruit/confirm club directors for next season. Nominations from the floor of the AGM will also be called. If you, or anyone you know may be interested in sitting as a director, please let the nominating committee or any current director know. Don’t know what a directors role entails in terms of time commitment???? No worries…we would welcome new directors on a trial “observation” basis to learn about club business.

As is customary under the club bylaws, the executive positions of the club (President, Vice President, Secretary & Treasurer) for the upcoming season, will be chosen by the new Board of Directors established at the AGM.
As we close the 2016/2017 season, I want to thank all of our current directors for keeping the club rolling. It certainly was a challenging season weather wise, but the directors managed to pull off many successes in spite of the challenges…more details to follow at our closing meeting on March 21.
