TRAIL REPORT Jan 7 2018 5pm
East Dalhousie area, rain took a lot of the ice base, very little new snow, one to two inches, rocks are showing through ice base, bare areas (no base) in wind blown areas.
Middleton/Nictaux areas rain took a lot of the base, around six inches of powder. Some sleds are running the rail lines, skis will find rocks and bare sections.
Lots of down trees and debris use caution. Please report problem areas.
